Golub GetHouse bought another plot in Wola. Opposite Browarów Warszawskich the apartment building at least 160 meters high. Inside, there will be almost a thousand apartments for rent. Kuryłowicz & Associates studio is responsible for the tower design.
Another step towards the density of buildings in Wola. A large plot – an area of 2.7 thousand sqm. – Golub has bought GetHouse from Atlas Estates. Another tower will be built there, at least 160 meters high. Inside there will be apartments for rent (about 900). Golub already has another tower two streets away (corner of Grzybowska and Żelazna) puts the tower – Liberty Tower, where apartments for rent will also be found.
At ul. Grzybowska 59, an apartment building designed by the Kuryłowicz & Associates studio will be built. Architects have already presented plans in 2014, but now official work is underway. In the gallery we show visualizations of that project. Interestingly, at that time it was planned to have a shopping and service arcade like that found with Platinum Towers. It is not yet known whether this idea for the underground promenade will be implemented.
Perfectly located land in the new business center of Warsaw, a new location has been added to our investment portfolio. This latest purchase is another very important element of our company’s development strategy, assuming active activity in the sector of modern residential projects with apartments for rent. We are convinced that by deciding on this bold move and one of the record land purchase transactions, we have made the perfect decision, which will result in another project setting completely new standards
said Cezary Jarząbek, president of Golub GetHouse.
The new tower, at least 160 meters high, will complement the quarter at the intersection of Grzybowska and Wronia. It will be the fourth high-rise in the area after the Hilton hotel and two Platinum Towers, and also a high-altitude dominant. The apartment building will probably have about 70,000 sqm. surface. It is not known yet when the contract will start.
