On January 25 and 26, the first edition of “Eat Drink Warsaw” will take place at the Palace of Culture and Science. The organizers declare that it will be the biggest culinary event of the year.
Eat Drink Warsaw is the first edition of the festival, which with a bit of luck and determination on the part of the organizers can become a common event. The last weekend of January will bring the first such a big culinary event in 2020. The Palace of Culture and Science will turn into a gigantic market square, where well-known restaurants, confectioneries, chefs, local producers and even bartenders will appear.
The event will be accompanied by many side events, including Chefs’ League, in which we will see the live cooking section, and the “flair” masters, i.e. bartender shows, will also appear at the festival. The Wege Warsaw zone will also appear at the festival, in which we will not only learn about new trends in plant food, but also take part in meetings and discussions, including on zero waste.
However, this is not the end, because in addition to food and drink, tasting and local products, the festival will also take advantage of the history zone, in which we will learn what our ancestors ate, and where they would go to dinner, both before the war and in the PRL.
