Free cinema for some residents of Warsaw. The Ursynów district once again invites you to free screenings. On Thursday, 23rd January, a series of screenings for children begins. A week later, 30th January, movies rated for older views will be shown.
Ursynów District Office invites children and adults for free film screenings. The idea could not be implemented as part of the civic budget (as in previous years) due to the change in rules. The event was previously enjoyed with great interest among the residents, which is why the district authorities found a solution.
Free film screenings have permanently entered the calendar of district events. We listen to the voices of the inhabitants and, in line with their expectations, we decided, despite the increasingly difficult financial situation of the District, to allocate funds for this year in this year’s budget. This year, the organizers have prepared proposals for both small and large cinema fans. On Thursday (January 23) at 18:00 a series of screenings for children begins. The first film, expected for many months, is “Doctor Dolittle”, created on the basis of the cult book “Travels of Doctor Dolittle”. A week later, on January 30, adult shows will start. The films will be screened in Multikino Ursynów.
“We decided to show a movie from the recently fashionable trend of ecological cinema” Our place on earth “. This documentary film, which is awarded with awards at several festivals. This is a tribute to the extraordinary richness of the surrounding nature, which we must learn to understand before it’s really too late ” – we read in a statement on the district’s website.
